I don't think anyone can answer that question.
At the end of the day we are all in the same boat, not knowing what the future holds regarding DLA/PIP.

your right cant answer it but the sums are they want to cut DLA bill by 20% thats offical and listed in the extra special budget they had in the document 20% cut is everyone on lower rate care and a few more too

most on lower rate get it for "meal test" new pip test as published so far shows they are thinking of frozen meals and micro waves

I think they will hit msny on lower care and the way PIP document is drafted hit people on lower mobility by stopping payment at 60 something
IMO of course but I dont think I am far off IMO ect ect

I can say what I think about myself & my mother. We both get the MRC now, & I am assuming this will be cut to the lower rate. I feel, & I could be so wrong on this, that is how they will save some money. Those on lower rate could still get it. Then again, we could all lose out. We really have no idea at all. What we do know it shat most of us are going to be worse off. I think appeals, fights in courts, suffering & worry are going to be the norm. What I say here is just my thoughts on how it will go, because I have no idea, & I am not sure anyone does.
