    PIP Backdated Money?

    Hi just wondering if PIP gets backdated and to what week? I know with ESA it's the 14th week

    Yes from the date you phoned them - they'll record that date, PIP is backdated and thereon - paid every four weeks in arrears.

    Remember that this only applies to new PIP claims.

    Transfers from DLA have no backdating as you continue to receive DLA until awarded PIP.
