cant believe this topic has had 105 views and no reply's.

how were you awarded last time did you go to an assessment, if so they will expect you to again.

try getting your GP to write to them and clearly stating why you cannot travel that distance and you need a home assessment.

ask atos to find you an appointment nearer to home.

    PIP assessment

    hi
try ringing them up or someone ring on your behalf and say you cannot physically travel to this appointment and need a home visit, your GP supporting letter should also help this
I had my assessment in March and put on the form when completing it in January home visit if possible also with a supporting letter of my GP and got the 1 hour 15 minute home visit
they may also offer you an appointment nearer to home so be aware of this.

All decisions, including the length of any award, are made by the DWP Decision Maker (DM).

How many more times. It is not a medical report.

Buster, if you don't like what he's asking keep the nasty comments to yourself, clearly he's looking for answers not criticism

It's not clear from your post just what/which this report is but it seems to be saying-

They recognise that you have anxiety, social phobia, and panic attacks.

They recognise that this means you find it hard to make claims, fill in forms, and talk to them.

They recognise that this is not likely to change in future.

They are noting that because of this you will need their help and understanding in any future dealings with them.
I don't know everything. - But I'm good at searching for, and finding, stuff.
