Lost my tribunal for pip can i re apply now?

    I lost my tribunal hearing

The tribunal ignored my submissions and upheld the dwp decision, also ignoring my statements and evidence, they just believed their medical knowledge and the dwp health professional. they also where very aggressive in their questioning i will be appealing but judge said i need to write in my request for statement of reason and did not take it at the hearing so causing more delay and is not what the justice website says.
also i like to re apply for pip, can i do this and how long do i have to wait to re apply or is there no time limit? original claim was made October 2014
    thanks

I also lost my pip tribunal. I reapplied the same day i received the decision. Be aware however that DWP can use any evidence available to them, including the evidence from the declined application.

Also note that unless you are able to provide additional evidence, then its likely they could come to the same conclusion again.

Sorry to hear. Can I ask did you take someone with you to the tribunal? And what disabilities do you have? Did you provide extra medical evidence?

Keep fighting don't give up as this is what they want

Yes you can reapply now. Don't worry they treated me horrible! In fact I was shocked how bad and rude they were. I've got my 2nd health assessment this Friday. I'm taking in lots of evidence this time AND a prescription showing I just started STERPIDS the day of my hearing. No wonder I couldn't shut up or remember snything. Don't give up cos that's what they want. Good luck!

No i did not have anybody with me, i got crohns disease rheumatoid arthritis and a bad cataract.
i did have some evidence from my optician. the health care provider did agree for some activity that i needed a walking stick and i had and limited moveability and constantly in pain by her observations, but did not reflect this for example for cooking and preparing meals. neither did the tribunal acknowledge that. i also did written submission detailing everything but that was also ignored. my leg gives way some times, i get blinded by light, bump into things and need my wife to do the chopping of veg and use an aid to open jars.
all this makes it not safe or reliable to carry out the cooking activity for example, yet the health care provider acknowledged that i need a walking stick etc, but not the tribunal, neither allocated that to cooking.
    i just needed 2 points

According the nhs i am one "score point" away for going to see the specialist and then go on about 18 month waiting list, so it can take about 2 years. if i would have got pip i would have looked into going private and paying for it, my one leaves me with not been able to read small print, even with reading glasses and i have blurred vision and bright light makes me blind

I've had both eyes done on separate occasions by the NHS and on both occasions been told "once diagnosed the operation had to be done within 4 months or the government fine them"

I can see my dr again and quote you, but this is from the nhs website and that is what my optician and Dr quote me.
"There are no national guidelines stating what your level of vision needs to be before cataract surgery is carried out, although individual NHS clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) may have their own criteria outlining when cataract surgery should be offered." I am in wales this there get out clause "clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) may have their own criteria" i can not even in south wales get some medicine on prescription which i can in England or north wales!
i will see gp again thanks for that
