    ESA and Prostate Cancer

    Hi All,
Could I please obtain information regarding ESA and prostate cancer.
I am on ESA and underwent Brachytherapy 13 months ago ,my PSA- (Proten specific Antigen-indicates cancer in prostate)
has recently since risen again & back to hospital for PET scan and bone
    scan tests.
Tests has not found new cancer cells & PSA is risen at 5 its watchful waiting and
a new check in August,2016. Could I obtain advice regarding ESA does one
file for a "change of circumstances" .Any advice is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Henry

    Hi Henry
If your condition has improved then yes the vultures would have to be informed, if your condition has deteriorated it is up to you whether you inform them or not- for some reason they don't seem too particular about a worsening condition. Obviously if the deterioration meant you might be put in the support group then yes report it.
