    PIP for mental health

    Hi I am new here.
I have bipolar, autistic spectrum disorder, dyspraxia, borderline traits. Am currently depressed.
Since receiving the PIP letter I have mainly been suicidal. I am getting medical help for these ideas.
I do some self employed work, but not working at present.
I am going to write a letter requesting a F2F only if absolutely necessary as I feel it will put me at risk of self harm.
I do not think I stand a chance due to my self employed work

You will boost your chances if your GP or health care provider will write to say that a f2f would be further detrimental to your health. They have to view this seriously if your GP intervenes.

My GP is writing that. I just do not think I stand a chance. Do some self employed work (although too ill at the moment) and got discharged from psychiatrist so now just managed by GP.
It does affect me a lot though. Especially socialising. I do not socialise at all.

Try not to worry - PIP is paid to lots of people who work full time.
