From the top of the page-

    Youreable forum - 3 August 2017

Over the past few weeks we have been working on uprading the forum.

During the recent upgrade we encountered a few glitches and we have had to temporarily revert back to the previous version of our forum. These glitches are currently being worked on and we will run the upgrade again as soon as we can.

We thank you for your patience while this work is being carried out.
They are having problems getting vBulletin v5 working properly.

And yes an update is needed, v4 is well out of date, v5 was released in 2012.
I've noticed that quite a few other forums are updating to v5 this month. (Special offer time, or just v4 going end-of-life?)
And yes some of those are also having a few problems.
I don't know everything. - But I'm good at searching for, and finding, stuff.

I like the new look Home Page. aI see that they are hoping to use Gill Sans as their type face - good choice.

I'm surprised that they launched it before sorting out the glitches.

I wonder if the new template is free with Wordpress. I hope the site can easily be viewed on all platforms.

I think I said elsewhere that I believe this glitch is a SQL/Database problem at the server, so will need the attention of the server provider.

VB5 can be awkward to use on mobile devices without some patching/customisation.
Which is ironic because it was supposedly developed to be better on iphones and android.
