    ESA Assessment Decision waiting times?

Anyone know what the current waiting times are?

We returned my Autistic sons ESA50 May 5th and he had his F2F assessment 11 weeks later on July 24th.

Here we are a further 8 weeks later and still not a word from the DWP.

I got my decision in 2 weeks it just depends how busy they are in your area you should give them a call and ask them if you haven't already.

Is there an award length? I can't see anything saying when it runs to.

No it doesn't say in the letter but if you ring them on 0345 6043719,they will tell you how long the award is for and when his next assessment is due. Be prepared to hang on a bit but they usually answer after about 10 minutes and will ask for his NI no. first then ID questions.

It's the only bit of good news I've had this week!, was up at 4:45 unable to sleep worrying about the house, turns out I was right to worry, all the floors have to be replaced!.
