    I suppose the question is, after the government loses its appeal (which I can’t see how it can possibly win it), do they have to relook at all the claims with mental health?

    wow that looks brilliant..not sure if they have to re-look at claims,but those unfairly assessed with the wrong outcome need to get theirs looked at again !!

    From my grasp of law quashed means invalidated... so those decisions shouldn’t have been made on new descriptors
