    Beast from the East

Is anyone else watching the increasing risk of really bad snow coming in from Monday/Tuesday.

It's a good idea to keep and eye on what may or may not be coming your way!

Arrived with a vengeance here overnight. Hubby cried off work, not as though he is on a contract, he works when he wants. No point in risking the journey even though we have a 4WD. At least he has a choice, many don't and are expected to turn up come what may.

I used to work in Notts although I didn't live there. So glad I don't now.

    Every cloud they say..
Well I was upset being forced to stop working but I'm so happy I'm not throwing the heavies around in these conditions.
I have enough coal, leccy, food, tea and coffee to sit it out, my fire is blazing nicely keeping the bungalow a comfortable 19°c.
    Stay warm and safe everyone.
