    I wouldn't worry about it (at least not yet).

    It's just propoganda (bullshit) again to make them look good in the press.

    "Look how we are being kind to the disabled".

    It doesn't work and they know that, like I say they tried it before.

    If they do try to change the descriptors sometime in the future then you can bet they will be scrutinised, and shouted about if they try to toughen them.
