The DWP have started referring to non-UC benefits as "Heritage" benefits, (instead of 'Legacy' benefits).

It's a term they've had for a number of years to refer to defunct benefits, I've never known them use it before for benefits that can still be claimed/paid.

So we've had 'Old Stlye benefits', 'Legacy benefits', and now 'Heritage benefits'.

Propaganda to make them sound outdated?

What next - 'Historic' benefits, (followed by 'Extinct' benefits) maybe?
