    Thanks again nukecad.

I don't think we'll ever get anywhere near to an ideal world as long as the DWP have control over any part of your life.

I have a gut feeling they will reduce my rate as they did on transition from DLA in 2016 because the word 'Arthritis' was missing from a particular part of a letter or form. I asked for a Mandatory Reconsideration, sending the letter on a Wednesday and 2 days later on Friday I received their response - they refused to change the decision. The judges at the Appeal were not impressed and I had it reinstated. So, I'm not expecting an easy Review process and I'm fully expecting to start looking for a car in a few months. I will be appealing again should the worst happen but either way, I will get back to you and let you know how it went.

Thanks again nukecad for your insight and the links to relevant documents.
