    That's fine then, they have finally acted on the doctors' letter

    I was just a bit concerned in case they may have decided you had 'refused to attend', and just sent it back to the DWP without an assessment.
    That shouldn't have been a great problem here, just more faffing about and time wasted.
    I don't know everything. - But I'm good at searching for, and finding, stuff.

    Just been informed by DWP. Staying in the support group for another 18 months. So very pleased with the outcome.

    Good news.

    Just shows that they didn't need to see you in the first place, and are simply being awkward about calling people in.

    It also shows just how effective mentioning/invoking the Equalities Act 2010 is at getting the assessors running scared.
