From what I can see the providers have a lot more leeway with WHP than they did with the WP.
They can set up their own local schemes and training/work experience within pretty broad guidlines.
I think you would need to find which organisation is running it in your area an seeing what you can find on their website.

PS. One of the things I checked out very early on was that if you had done the Work Programme once then by law they couldn't send you on it a second time.
Unfortunately no such restriction applies with the Health and Work Programme and they can send you on it even if you have previously done the WP.
