Why do you have stickies that are so out of date?

Two stickies locked and not been added to since 2013-14. Whats that about?

Probably just a general lack of housekeeping.

Stickies do tend to get left in place until someone with the appropriate access rights decides to have a tidy up and unstick any out of date ones.
You have to read each one and judge before unsticking it, some stickies never really go out of date and still contain good advce even when it's old.
I don't know everything. - But I'm good at searching for, and finding, stuff.
