    Does an IVA stop bailiffs?

    Heard that IVA is a legal agreement, can we waive off different kinds of debts in a safe and private way, and handle our finances thereon in a much better way.

    An IVA can be used to stop action from a bailiff. However whether it is the right solution for you will depend on a number of factors. some of them are below:

    When is a bailiff used?
    Is an IVA the right solution for you?
    What can you do in the mean time?
