Was David Bowie on Universal Credit?

Someone over at rightsnet has spotted this example in the Advice For Decision Makers guidance, H4032.
    https://assets.publishing.service.go...7442/admh4.pdf

Ziggy plays guitar and every fortnight performs at his local pub. He plays for about two hours and receives £20 for each performance. The pub where Ziggy plays advertise the nights that Ziggy performs. Ziggy does not play anywhere else and regards the fortnightly performances as a bit of fun.
It doesn't specify if he played it left hand.

I think someone writing that ADM was also having a bit of fun.

David isn't dead, he just finally made it to Mars. Pops back for the odd social night.

You're been watching too much men in black.

I'm still working on it but for Bowie fans try this (keep the tune in your head).

Ziggy claimed UC, it was weird and it was silly,
    and he broke his spacebar.
He was typing left hand and didn't get far,
The screens were full of flan, that scuppered Ziggys plans.

Ziggy really raged, screwed his eyes, and pulled his hairdo
Feeling like a caveman, he forgot about smiling
    Gave his laptop a bang
This UC's loaded man, it's wrong flush it down the pan.

So where was assistance, while he cried with his aching bones.
Just a work coach to guide him
Trained to misunderstand, and with her head in the sand.
