    PIP Descriptors and points.

Hi all, a few years ago I had my PIP home assesment and I used the "PIP Descriptors and points pages|" I found on here.

I can't seem to find the PIP Descriptors this time, can anyone link me to them please.

Also are the rules for recording on own identical recorders still the same ?

    Thankyou

I'm not sure which page you are refering to.

Are you looking for a simple table/chart or something more descriptive?

This guidance is not in table form but explains the descriptors/points in order (from 2.3 onwards) and explains just what the assessors are looking for from each one:

Yes no problem with recording on 2 recorders as long as the tapes are identical.

Remember to have consent forms handy in case the assessor doesn't bring their own.

I have never understood why all assessments aren't recorded by default, as that would show where a HCP hasn't told the truth, as seems to be the case in many instances (including my own case).
