    Vivaldi RIP (again).

There are reports on rightsnet that Vivaldi has been replaced with muzak as of yesterday, on the PIP helpline at least.
We were told by a Partnership Manager that Vivaldi was to be replaced with a “variety of appropriate hold music”. That was about 6 months ago so it’s perfectly feasible it’s just now happened.

Apparently UC are still playing Vivaldi to keep you amused while you wonder if you will get any sense from them.

They keep trotting that one out, but nobody can get them to explain what they are actually measuring.
I suspect that everytime you get that 'All our lines are currently busy' voice (every ten minutes or so?) it resets the timer.

It could be, the fastest time I've been on hold for is 20 mins starting at 8am & not answering any security questions & just pressing anything on the key pad!

If you are missing your fix of Vivaldi then when not get a ringtone for your phone?
