    Decision makers guides.

    This is stupidly useful, also really, really long.

    It's basically the guide the decision makers are supposed to go off, when making decisions.

    Over a hundred meg.
    This is not of course the only resource decision makers have, but as I understand it, it's a primary one.

    This link will give you help in finding your local DIAL office. DIAL is a charity run by disabled people for disabled people. If CAB can't help,DIAL are your next best option.
