Yes you do unless the job contradicts what you said on your DLA claim.

Congratulations on achieving an interview and good luck.

Well done MJ. See if you can get a Blue Badge too.

Remember that now you are to start work in March it's a good time to phone Access to Work and discuss your access needs.

There's nothing worse than arriving at a new job to discover the company hasn't made reasonable adjustments in the workplace to remove disabling barriers before you arrive.

What sort of work is it and what disabling barriers do you expect to find.

These could be physical e.g. ramp, handrail, ergonomic chair, keyboard or software. Would you suit flex-time to give you more time to get ready in the morning. Will you need financial help getting into work because the bus stop is to far away and you can't use it safely.

Phone Access to Work up and they'll take your details and send someone out to assess your needs.

Remember DLA is a non-means tested benefit so it won't affect any other benefits you might get.

    Congratulations Jim.

As beau has said, as long as it does not contradict what you are getting DLA for it should not be a problem.

I think you still have to inform DWP of your intention to start work though?
